Project Description
W&A Engineering provided project design services for the redevelopment of a 1-acre downtown parking lot and single-story structure into a 4-story podium building on a three-story, subterranean parking structure. As a redevelopment project, stormwater management includes a proprietary water quality vault located in the parking deck. The lot has frontages on Dougherty Street, Hull Street, and Hancock Street with a total of four driveways. W&A Engineering provided permitting services for the right of way and streetscape improvements, the site work, traffic study, driveways, and utilities.
