Project Description
W&A Engineering provided survey, engineering, and project management services for the development of 2.7 acres of new parking lot area on the Chico’s campus in Barrow County. Based on the concept, preliminary engineering, and cost estimation plans for several potential projects within the campus, Chico’s used the data provided by Wiliams & Associates to prioritize the projects. The three parking lot expansion projects included an 0.8 acre, 44 space lot at the Call Center, a 1.2 acre, 66 space lot at Distribution Center 2, and a 0.7 acre, 22 space lot at the new Company Store. Services included concept plans and takeoffs, survey, engineering, permitting, bidding, and construction management services.
