Project Description
Extra Special People (ESP) is a nonprofit empowering children and young adults with developmental disabilities in the local community. W&A Engineering has been dedicated to this organization since 2008.
Beginning in 2012, W&A began a year-long site selection project evaluating 10 sites in Oconee County for ESP’s new facility. After site selection, W&A completed due diligence, permitting, surveying, civil engineering, traffic engineering, and landscape design of the site. This site consists of a property combination of a 1.6-acre existing lot with the facility to an expanded 2.1-acre campus with a new 14,000 square foot facility.
