Project Description
The City of Loganville Town Green includes the redevelopment of a downtown city block in accordance with the City of Loganville LCI Study recommendations. The one-acre site includes a pavilion, concrete amphitheater, plaza areas, open space, utility improvements, pedestrian accommodations, and streetscape improvements. The Town Green streetscape improvements will expand the area of the Downtown Streetscape Project that was completed as a separate project by W&A Engineering. In addition to the onsite improvements, the project involves the creation of a one-way pair and offsite roadway improvements. W&A Engineering assisted the City with all aspects of the project including concept design, budgeting, public involvement, survey data collection, engineering, permitting, contract management, and construction management.
