Project Description
The Market at Epps Bridge is an upscale shopping center located in Oconee County along the 316 Corridor. W&A Engineering was contracted by Dave Mulkey to work in conjunction with the architect to create a unique shopping center layout that would maximize the square footage and accessibility to the site. W&A also provided the zoning services for the new center.
