Jim Bob McElroy is Director of Planning and Landscape Architect at W&A Engineering. McElroy obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture from The University of Georgia in 2000 and joined the W&A team in 2010 with 10 years of experience at previous firms. As part of the Landscape Architecture department at W&A Engineering, he brings knowledge of site planning, land planning, planting design, community design, site development, utility and infrastructure design, zoning, site analysis and research, streetscape design, soil erosion and sedimentation control, and project management. McElroy is a licensed Professional Landscape Architect, has his GSWCC Level 2 Certification, and is certified as an Arborist by the International Society of Arboriculture.
