Vaibhav Swami joined W&A in 2021 as Managing Director of Operations, with more than 15 years’ experience managing professionals. In this role he oversees the planning and implementation of strategic action, business development, and budget management for the entire W&A corporation. Swami acts as a driving force behind both long and short-term goals, ensuring that firm operations align with W&A’s mission and values.
Originally from India, Swami earned his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology and his master’s in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at El Paso. He also holds an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.
Though he has lived in a plethora of different places, he and his family have called Pittsburgh home for the last ten years. Swami, his wife, and their two sons recently moved to Georgia to join the W&A Corporate operations team. The W&A team welcomes the Swami Family into our work family with open arms! We look forward to many years of continued growth and success under his leadership.
