Athens, GA– Better Communities Collaborative announced today that its collective of affiliate firms, including W&A Engineering and GroundHawk, has been named a 2023 Best Firm To Work For Award recipient, recognizing BCC as one of North America’s very best firms leading the AEC industry in progressive workplace practices, employee benefits, employee retention rates, professional development, and more.

This is the second consecutive year Better Communities Collaborative has been awarded this honor. Ranked both by firm size and discipline, BCC ranked 29th among firms with 100-199 employees and 46th among multidisciplinary firms.
