Founded in 1999, W&A Engineering is a civil site design firm dedicated to building better communities with each project we touch and client we serve. Our firm and individual team members are heavily invested in the success of our communities and actively seek ways to support the growth and change happening around us.

With nearly 60 employees in 2020, W&A Engineering has more than DOUBLED in size in just two short years, largely due to our growth-minded culture of industry excellence, full flexibility, and dedication to service.
