W&A Engineering is pleased to announce the addition of Bill Hill as the incoming Director of Business Development and Marketing, leading the two corporate departments in their service of the firm and opportunity acquisition across the country.
Bill joins W&A with more than 25 years of experience building relationships, creating growth through strategic positioning, and managing effective teams. With experience specialized within the A/E/C industry, he has extensive knowledge of the site development industry, process, and evolving needs of clients in both public and private industry sectors.

As the Director of Business Development and Marketing, Bill will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, creating and implementing marketing and sales strategies, coordinating with staff across disciplines to secure opportunities across market sector targets, and developing, coordinating, and executing business development strategy for firm-wide growth.

Bill Hill earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Relations from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He is an avid tennis player, a voracious reader, and a proud family man.
