Our Atlanta team is growing! We’re excited to welcome Curt Jackson, PLA, ASLA, LEED AP as the Director of Landscape Architecture building better communities from Atlanta, Georgia.
As Director of Landscape Architecture, Curt leads our Atlanta team in the creation and implementation of plans for landscapes, conceptual planning, and design of outdoor spaces.
“I’m thrilled to be joining a talented landscape architecture team dedicated to creating livable, equitable, and resilient communities!” Curt said. “My role will be to collaborate with the team, fostering a design approach that prioritizes these core values. Together, we’ll develop innovative solutions that enhance the well-being of communities and ensure everyone has access to thriving outdoor spaces.”
Curt Jackson earned his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia in 2009. He is LEED AP certified by the Green Business Certification, Inc. and proudly served as the President of the Georgia Chapter of the ASLA for two years.
“Leading the Georgia Chapter of the American Society of Landscape Architects (ASLA) was an amazing experience,” said Curt. “Seeing my projects recognized with national and state awards was a great honor, but the true joy of this profession comes from something simpler: seeing communities come together and thrive in the projects we design is what truly makes me happy.”
Curt is excited to work alongside talented landscape architects and have the opportunity to collaborate with the civil engineering team. He believes a multi-disciplinary approach will allow the team to tackle complex projects with innovative solutions.
Outside of work, Curt enjoys spending time with his friends and family, as well as traveling around Atlanta. He loves running along the Chattahoochee River tails and exploring the Beltline near West Midtown.
