Project Description:
The Retreat is a high-end student residential project that W&A Engineering is involved in on all levels for a repeat client. W&A has experience working in over 32 states as site consultants, planners, civil engineers, traffic engineers and landscape architects. These projects typically start by vetting various sites available within a community and determining which site best fits the needs of the clients. From that point, entitlement procedures, timelines and cost estimates are prepared so the project can be fully vetted from a cost and return standpoint.
