Project Description
The Mark is an off-campus mid-rise student living community located on Oconee Street in downtown Athens. The multifamily development consists of 300 units, totaling 928 beds overall. The facility has 2 mixed-use buildings with a pedestrian bridge as well as 2 parking decks with over 1,200 parking spaces. In addition to the residential apartments, the multifamily project contains an extensive amenity area for use by the residents which includes, a two-tiered infinity-edge pool, outdoor grilling and fire-pit area, extensive fitness facilities, a rooftop club-room, a basketball court, a PGA-quality golf simulator, a racquetball court, a resident lounge with flat-screen TVs, a computer lab, an arcade and game room, a study lounge with private group study rooms, an internet cafe, a full-size kitchen, free tanning, penthouse lounges, and 74,000 square feet of retail space. The plaza also has a connection to the ACC Firefly Trail.
