Historic Development begins phase 2 of construction with W&A Engineering
ATHENS, Ga., July 31, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Southern Mill is excited to announce W&A Engineering as our latest tenant to phase 2 of the historic development. The 47 person engineering firm will occupy 11,000 square feet in building D and expected to move in prior to January 1, 2020. W&A President, Jon Williams, stated that Southern Mill was an ideal fit for their new location. “We are proud to be part of a historic adaptive reuse project that has such historical significance to the Athens area.
