Work continues on the Caterpillar facility. The manufacturing building and office is now completely under roof. Gravel has been installed for the product storage area and construction has begun on the PDC (product distribution center). It won’t be long until the main manufacturing facility is dried in, with doors and windows installed. The majority of the utilities have been installed onsite. Curb and gutter installation has begun with parking lot and access drive paving soon to commence.
Rough grading has been completed on the access roads and the placement of the gravel base is in progress. Utility installation, including water, power, gas, and telephone are in progress. Staging and clearing for the sanitary sewer system installation has begun along with the utility bore under US Hwy 78.
