David Eskew is a program management intern who joined W&A in Fall 2021. A third-year student at the University of Georgia, David studies Landscape Architecture at the College of Environment + Design and is very enthused at UGA’s recent national championship win!
Working in our Athens headquarter office, David assists with AutoCAD drafting and land use ordinance assessment on a variety of projects. Assisted by the rest of the landscape architecture department, his very favorite part of working at W&A Engineering is his coworkers and the connections they’ve made possible for him.
“All of them are inviting and very helpful when I have questions. At work and at company events I have made connections with my co-workers which has made team work easier.
His favorite part about living in Athens is the proximity to the University campus and having a downtown cultural scene with so many entertainment and food options, especially The Place on East Broad! Outside of work, he enjoys watching UGA football, playing intermural sports, and traveling.
We’re so thankful to have such talented and dedicated interns as part of our team at W&A Engineering. The insight and innovation they’re able to offer to the rest of our team is invaluable, and we’re thrilled to be able to contribute to training the next generation of junior professionals joining the design industry!
