W&A Engineering’ Director of Landscape Architecture, Scott Haines, was featured in an Online Athens – Athens Banner-Herald article written about one of our most recent projects, Southern Mill Lofts. W&A has plans to turn this dilapidated mill into a mixed-use development suited for Athens’ arts community. It takes someone with a creative vision to see the potential in this building, but it has a fascinating history and a great industrial feel.
