Project Description
W&A Engineering was contracted to provide professional planning, landscape architecture, and engineering services for the Academy at Nolensville Daycare, a daycare and preschool within the Burkitt Commons commercial development in Nolensville, Tennessee. In our preparation of the concept plan, the W&A team prepared plans for the site layout, grading, and drainage systems, along with site utilities including the site potable water and fire distribution and sanitary sewer collection system, traffic improvements, environmental permitting, and more. Services include coordination with the City of Nashville and the Burkitt Place Home Owners Association, planning, due diligence and project administration, site development design, discipline coordination, and construction administration.
