Project Description
W&A Engineering was contracted by Athens Academy to provide campus master planning and an update to the Special Use Plan required by Oconee County for additional development. Included in the Special Use Request was the addition of multiple campus improvements including new classroom facilities, access and traffic improvements, as well as improvements to the sports and athletics complexes. W&A was successful in obtaining approval for the Special Use Request.
Recently, site improvement plans were completed for one of those campus improvements, a Middle School Activity Center. The planning for a new road/access addition is also underway. W&A continues to work with Athens Academy to provide site development, civil engineering, and surveying services for the various site elements as the school brings them online for faculty and student use.
