Project Description
Bexley Parkstone is a 16.53-acre multi-family development off of Douglas Bend Road in Gallatin, Tennessee consisting of ten buildings, 240 units, a leasing office, clubhouse, trash compactor, mail facilities, enclosed garages, a pool, and a pond.
W&A Engineering performed the planning, engineering, and construction plans for the site development, including the concept plan, schematic design, horizontal utility plan layout, site perimeter access plan, 50% stormwater drainage plan, and final masterplan development.
