Project Description:
This SPLOST funded project included a topographic survey of 20 acres in downtown Athens that required extensive historical research, locating extensive detail of buildings, pavement and other hardscape, defining rights-of-way of roads and railroads, determining building and wall encroachments, utility mapping, coordination with TV camera inspection of storm system, ALTA/ASCM Land Title Survey for the purchase of privately owned property, and platting requirements for right-of-way abandonment.
