Project Description
Emmanuel College is a private institution nestled in the foothills of the North Georgia Mountains. This project included collaborating with the school to develop over 200 acres for an overall campus Master plan for multi-million dollar dormitories, student center, academic facilities, gymnasium, and an extensive athletic complex carrying these projects through site development permits. The master plan implemented innovative design principles to establish a walkable campus community focused on a student-centered campus with strong pedestrian corridors to surrounding academic and recreational destinations. W&A Engineering is an on-call consultant for Emmanuel College’s ongoing needs for master planning, civil and surveying services.
