Project Description:
Harbins Crossing is a large multi-tenant retail shopping center, a 75 acre site with off-site road improvements, that required rezoning, off-site intersections, traffic signals, road widening, ROW acquisitions, utility infrastructure improvements, DOT permitting, site design, and engineering. Services included the design of one mile of roadway widening (2 to 5 lanes) and improvements to its SR 316 intersection. Services provided were topographical surveys, identification of utility conflicts and relocation of 3000 feet of water line. Project prepared in accordance with GDOT PDP Guidelines.
