Project Description
W&A Engineering was originally contracted to develop a concept plan for a proposed car wash and employee parking lot for the Heyward Allen Toyota dealership on Atlanta Highway in Athens, Georgia. The W&A team went on to continue to work with the dealership to develop site development plans for the expansion of the employee parking lot and storage lots for the existing body shop. The scope of work included additional topographic and boundary surveys of the site to include outside previously surveyed areas, development of site development plans consistent with the client-approved concept plan, stormwater management engineering, tree management and landscape plans, and erosion, sediment, and pollution control plans consistent with state regulations. The scope of the Heyward Allen Toyota expansion also included approval of the site development plans through local and state reviewing agencies and required NPDES and Land Disturbance permitting.
