Project Description
This project started as site layout for ARCO/Murray in 2020. The original building on the site was destroyed by the tornado that came through middle Tennessee in March of 2020. W&A Engineering Nashville started the project in October of the same year as the first industrial project they undertook. The team’s services grew as the project progressed. Staring with building layout, the team then signed a new contract with deGraauw Electric to layout the electric services. After which, W&A progressed into curb and sidewalk layout for ARCO. The survey team began flying the site for progress updates via drone photograph when the building started going vertical, and finally they performed stormwater and building as-builds upon completion.
Currently, the team is working on writing easements for water services on-site. W&A Engineering has engineered a great partnership with ARCO, and our Nashville team looks forward to continuing to complete great projects with their team in the future!
