Project Description
W&A Engineering has worked with RaceTrac Petroleum to prepare numerous sites throughout Georgia for its convenience stores. Services rendered start in the early stages of site investigation and due diligence, through rezoning, surveying, traffic study, site development plan preparation, hydrology, landscape design, permitting, construction staking, construction administration, and final platting.
Other specific tasks not mentioned above include but are not limited to cost estimates, retaining wall design, underground detention system design, water quality system design, landscape installation management, irrigation design, graphic rendering, tree management plans, utility agency coordination, and GDOT permitting.
