Ridge Pointe Playground
Ridge Pointe is a single family neighborhood located in Clarke County, GA. W&A was responsible for amenity designs including a park, pool, and playground. For the playground portion, W&A interfaced with the playground contractor and laid out the equipment and form of the proposed playground. W&A provided construction administration review during installation as well as the landscaping plans for the area surrounding the playground. As for the single family housing portion of the neighborhood, W&A was responsible for obtaining the site permits required for constructing the new homes.
