Project Description
St. Mary’s Alzheimer’s Center is an expansion of an existing senior living facility owned and operated by St. Mary’s Hospital. The expansion included the creation of an Alzheimer’s Center including retaining wall design, parking, landscape architecture, and stormwater management. As the project manager for the development, design services included planning, site development planning, engineering, and landscape architecture.
