Project Desription
This SPLOST funded project included a topographic survey of 20 acres in downtown Athens that required extensive historical research, locating extensive detail of buildings, pavement and other hardscapes, defining rights-of-way of roads and railroads, determining building and wall encroachments, utility mapping, coordination with a TV camera inspection of the storm system, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Survey for the purchase of privately owned property, and platting requirements for rights-of-way abandonment.
