The Mark at Atlanta is an off-campus, high-rise student living community located on Spring Street and 10th Street in midtown Atlanta. The mixed-use development consists of 281 units, totaling 783 beds overall. The facility has a parking deck with over 400 parking spaces. In addition to the residential apartments, the multifamily project contains an extensive amenity area for use by the residents and 9,000 square feet of retail space.
