Project Description
The Standard at Atlanta is an off-campus mid-rise student living community located in the heart of Atlanta, Georgia. This location is conveniently located to Georgia Tech and Georgia State University.
The 19-story tower features more than 10,000 square feet of commercial space, a hulking 572-car parking deck, and a sprawling amenity deck with pool and bocce ball court. It houses more than 750 students in 257 furnished residences. Totaling 40,467 sf, the elevated rooftop amenity deck is the largest in Atlanta, boasting a resort-style swimming pool, mini putting green and BBQ areas.
W&A provided site design, stormwater, utility design, coordination of structural design pertaining to site-related elements including retaining walls and geo-piers, pool and courtyard design, planting design, and construction administration for the project.
