W&A Engineering is proud to work alongside The Varsity in bringing the world’s largest drive-in restaurant to numerous new sites across Georgia as the chain’s site development partner. W&A Engineering provides a wide variety of services to The Varsity from initial due diligence and site selection to civil engineering and landscape architecture to project closeout and coordination with the architectural design teams.
In order to provide clients with multiple projects across different jurisdictions with the most efficient, effective, and consistent development process possible, our team of land entitlement experts provide program management services unique to our growing team. This includes providing guidance in PSA considerations, due diligence, design management, and final permits. W&A Program Managers are skilled in overcoming jurisdictional concerns and identifying potentially fatal site issues to provide timely solutions and cost/benefit information. We provide experienced guidance in vendor acquisition and effective management through all phases of the pre-construction development process.
Most recently, The Varsity Winder celebrated its official grand opening in August 2023. In addition to providing assistance and support to existing sites when necessary, W&A Engineering is also currently providing civil engineering, landscape architecture, and program management services for new restaurant sites coming to Rome, Cartersville, and Emerson, Georgia.
