Project Description
The Vanderbilt University Medical Center has announced its largest expansion to date with a brand-new 15-story inpatient facility and three additional levels to the existing parking garage. The expansion will provide 470,000 square feet of additional adult inpatient beds, operating rooms, clinics and office space, and about 600 new parking spots. Construction is set to begin summer 2023 and is expected to be completed in four and a half years.
W&A Engineering Nashville is performing construction layout, site control management, and as-built surveys for this expansion.
