Amy Clark joined W&A Engineering in 2021 with 20 years of experience crafting work environments that elevate the employee experience as a senior human resource professional accredited by the Human Resource Certification Institute. After earning her law degree from the prestigious Emory University School of Law in 2001, she practiced real estate, estate planning, and probate law for nearly five years before finding her passion in Human Resource law and strategy. As the Vice President of Human Resources at multiple successful and well-known companies in the state of Georgia, Amy led the development and implementation of human resources policies, programs, and practices including employee relations, compensation, training and development, organizational change management, diversity and benefits improvement and administration. At W&A Engineering, Amy has already proven herself a crucial part of our corporate culture and growth plan.
