The W&A Engineering Nashville team has officially relocated from our previous office to be a part of the beautiful Sylvan Supply at 4101 Charlotte Avenue Suite E215 Nashville, Tennessee 37209.
Due to the unprecedented growth our firm has experienced within this last year, we’re pleased to have required a change of venue for our growing team.
Opened in 2018, our office has added service offerings, talented team members, communities served, and more. Led by Director of Operations Clayton Washburn, PE, W&A Engineering Nashville offers Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, Traffic Engineering, Economic Development, Municipal Services, and Planning and Development Services.
The Sylvan Supply is a nearly 200,000-square-foot complex filled with renovated office, retail and dining spaces in West Nashville. The eight-building renovated factory housed in the historic former Madison Mill Inc. complex and situated at the entrance to Charlotte Avenue’s Sylvan Park neighborhood boasts a wide roster of retail tenants.
Our team is privileged to share the space with other progressive community-shapers such as Bearded Iris Taproom, Barista Parlor, Otaku Ramen and more. In addition to its 35,650 square feet of commercial space, the eight-building complex offers 158,000 square feet of office. Those tenants include Accenture, Bricktop’s Restaurant Group, real estate firm Keller Williams, and now also W&A Engineering.
